Luci Russell - Group Technical Director

Comradery, team spirit and passion for the job, as everyone wants to succeed, is what makes NESI a great place to work. Every day is different, the business is so varied, and my role allows me to be involved in everything from designing a new extension to executing plans on our culture. I have had the privilege to grow my career at NESI, I started in 2019 as Head of Technical at Grimsby with only one key retail customer to developing a complaint site technical team and onboarding all retail customers within the Grimsby site - to moving to group role in 2022 where I am developing the overall food safety strategy for both sites, and am working on group compliance for other departments and developing a food safety culture programme to be proud of.
